They came from as far away as Scotland, Madrid and as near to home as Mazarron itself but they all came expecting a day of worship, teaching and fellowship.

Our worship group

Our guest speaker was Barry Woodward from Manchester and our worship leader, Stewart Austin from Staffordshire.

Barry led each of four sessions and challenged us in many ways. He started the morning inviting us to take a Spiritual MOT and allow God to be like the car mechanic at the testing station prodding and poking with a screwdriver and tapping with a hammer checking for faults. This was followed with a sharing of testimony and practical application of how God has used situations in Barry's life to lead him into his new ministry of sharing the salvation message. As part of his testimony Barry told us how God had used his testimony on DVD to bring families and individuals to a place where they find Jesus and true salvation.

Worship was led by Stewart on lead guitar and he was joined by Andrew on guitar, Michael on drums and Cliff, vocals. Our times of worship became more and more special as we were led into the presence of God in praise, worship and adoration.

Fellowship and networking is an important part of MOVE and it was great to see men from a wide variety of churches sharing and hearing of much of what God is doing in their lives.

We are already planning the 4th conference when the speaker will be Richard Taylor and worship will be led by Robin Mark. We are looking at various venues and maybe we will be nearer Alicante next year. Check our website for more details.
