M.O.V.E. is headed up by Richard Hewes who is based in the UK. Richard visits his holiday home here in Spain many times during the year and has been a regular at "Mandate" in Belfast taking many men with him each year. He has a heart to inpact the lives of men by introducing them to his Saviour Jesus and has a heart to see this vision for a work in Spain to be established.
